Who we are
Murmaider Software was founded in 2022 with a simple belief: great engineering organisations aren’t built by adding more people, introducing more processes or pushing teams harder. They’re built by understanding what prevents people from performing at their best, and fixing it.
We combine hands-on engineering leadership, organisational transformation and software delivery. Our experience spans startups, international enterprises and security-sensitive environments where reliability, accountability and sound judgement are essential.
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all frameworks. We work alongside our clients to simplify complexity, build capable teams and create measurable improvements that last.
We use AI-assisted development and automation where they improve delivery quality and efficiency, with appropriate human oversight and in accordance with each client’s security and governance requirements.

Juraj combines hands-on technical expertise with executive-level management, having led multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex software delivery programmes in commercial, enterprise and security-sensitive environments.
